It is concluded that both tools fulfill the function of making digital terrain models,

however each one has different limitations.

The limitations related to the drone, which cause greater variability in its results,

lie in the climatic conditions, in the image processing software and in the

complementary equipment that must be used for its accuracy. Although this tool

has a greater variation in its results, it does not mean that its results are less

accurate or farther from reality. On the other hand, the limitations associated with

Google Earth lie in the outdatedness of its images (not in real time) and their low

resolution, so it delivers digital terrain models with a low level of detail.
